How long will my order take?
Print and Blank Packaging Orders made before 12pm local time will ship same day, subject to stock availability and order volume.
Orders made after 12pm will dispatch the following day.
If your order requires labeling or contains custom design, this may extend the processing time. You can check the status of your order by Emailing us at Contact@cannapacks.co.uk.
I already have my own designs and just want them printed into labels?
Please check out our PRINT section. Once you’ve placed your order please email us your artwork to contact@cannapacks.co.uk along with your details.
I need my own designs made up for my brand but don’t know where to start?
Our DESIGN services contain various different options in terms of logo design, different packaging and label designs,and more!
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! Heavy items like glass jars may be expensive to ship via air, but mylars and prints are very cheap to ship. And digital products (designs etc) can be sent across seas via email!
I don’t want to pay up front, what if I don’t like the design?
Our designers will work closely with you via your preferred contact method (whatsapp) and your design will not be complete until you are happy!
